Cotswold Cheese is made by blending chives and spring onions into Double Gloucester and is an English cheese. The orange cheese is coloured similarly to Cotswold stone. Huntsman cheese, also known as Stilchester, is made with alternating layers of Double Gloucester and Stilton.
