Panquehue Cheese

Panquehue Cheese is a rather creamy, buttery, semi-soft, mildly tangy "farmstead cheese" from Chile. It is the most popular cheese in Chile, and in 2005 became the first Chilean cheese imported into the United States. It melts smoothly, exuding moderate oil. Pasteurized cow milk, salt, calcium chloride, microbial rennet, dairy cultures, and has an invisible layer of wax coating.
